The HT66F3185 is a Flash Memory type 8-bit high performance RISC architecture microcontroller. It has a wide operating voltage range of 1.8V~5.5V, integrated high accuracy oscillators, a more accurate A/D reference voltage, an extended 12-channel A/D Converter, an IAP function. The HT66F3185 will find excellent use in household appliance products such as coffee makers, electric kettles, electric stoves, rice cookers, soybean milk machines, etc. It is also suitable for use in low profile products, such as smart wearable devices, lithium battery protection boards, etc.
