The TBD62083AFWG,EL is an 8-channel sink-type DMOS transistor array from Toshiba designed for interfacing logic circuits with higher-power devices. It is ideal for applications requiring high current drive capability in a compact SSOP-18 package. TB62083A series and TB62084A series are DMOS transistor array with 8 circuits. It has a clamp diode for switching inductive loads built-in in each output. Please be careful about thermal conditions during use. The TBD62083AFWG,EL features eight N-channel DMOS transistors with built-in Zener diodes for output clamping. The device can directly interface with logic-level signals, making it suitable for driving inductive loads such as relays, solenoids, and LEDs.
