Please read the following terms and conditions(“T&C”) carefully, contained herein along form an agreement regulating our relationship with regard to the use of "www.dntechindia.com” by you.

www.dnatechindia.com is the web portal of DNA Technology, a Nashik, India Based enterprise, (Herein after referred as The Company) which is used for the purpose of online trading of electronic components and goods.

By subscribing to or using any of our services you agree that you have read, understood and are bound by the T&C, regardless of how you subscribe to or use the services. If you do not want to be bound by the T&C, you must not subscribe to or use our services.

DNA Technology may add to or change or update these T&C from time to time entirely at its own discretion. You are responsible for checking these T&C periodically to remain in compliance with these terms.

The information provided on the website is merely for a preliminary guidance and the company or any of its subsidiaries does not assume any warranty or liability for the accuracy of the information. Customer is requested check and verify all the information by them self.

The price & stock information may vary based on the updating of the data, and in such cases company reserves the right to alter or overrule any auto or manually generated quotations. Provision has been provided for canceling the order for stocked items, and this can be done only before the final shipment packaging. In case of a cancellation of an order at the customer’s choice, any transaction charges which are paid to third parties like Payment gateways, Banks etc will have to be borne by the customer. The company is not liable or responsible for the delay in delivery after the shipment of the item, and our service ends once we ship the items via the shipping option that you have selected, and the respective docket number is passed to the customer via email ID/SMS. The follow up for the consignment has to be done with the respective shipping agent once the shipment reference number is provided by us.

Once you have placed an order with us, for the parts which are “in-stock”, we generally ship the items on the same day provided the order confirmation is received before 12.00 PM IST. However Our Shipment Commitment is for 4 Business days from the date of credit of payments. For the other non-stock items, you may need to confirm the lead time and pricing directly from our sales team.

User Account, Password, and Security

Your Information is defined as any information you provide to us in the registration, buying or listing process, in the feedback area or through any e-mail feature or a written letter or form mailed or submitted to us. We will protect your Information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account. If you know or suspect any unauthorized use of your password or any other breach of security you should notify us immediately. If DNA Technology has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Website, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your account without any liability to DNA Technology.
